     What I do is what you might call choice (c). You do not need the 
ISO as it contains all the versions (Windows, Linux, and I think 
Mac). Download the install file. Check it with md5sum. (A link on how 
to use md5sum is found at the bottom of the download page where you 
choose your operating system.) Once you have established that you 
have a good download file, burn it to a CD. You can then use the CD 
to install OpenOffice.org on any computer you have that runs windows.
     Your choice (a) will also work, and you do not have to burn a CD 
to do it. I would advice that if you use the Flash Drive, copy the 
install file to the computer on which you will be installing OOo.
