The install file is all you need.  You can do it whatever way is most
convenient for you.

What I have done, is copied the Windows version of OO, along with Java,
Seamonkey and MS Word viewer to both a pen drive and a CD.  This way,
it's easy for me to help people move away from MS software.  I include
the Word viewer, in case someone's worried about how their .doc files
look in Word.
