A nice way to do this:
- open the two spreadsheets;
- take the target one as active
- open the Navigator
- in the selection box at the bottom, choose the source-file ...
- now you can see the pages, named ranges ...
- set the drag mode (right click on an item in the Nav)
- and just drag ....
