This answer does not do anything to help solve my problem. I repeat -
Send Mail Does Not Work With Pegasus.
Pegasus is my default email program. Other programs recognize it.
OO.org 2.x does not
Can you provide any suggestions to fix this other than looking in
Tools/Options/etc which provide not solutions to the problem?
I could, but you probably don't want to hear it. If Pegasus doesn't
support the MAPI a switch to Thunderbird might help. I made this switch
some years ago and have never looked back. Maybe Pegasus Support could
provide you with some useful input? It seems fairly clear that the
problem is not directly related to OO.o, which I assume uses MAPI to
send its mail.
You haven't understood the problem and that is that 2.0.3 and now
apparently 2.0.4 do not recognize "Send Mail" whereas previous versions
do. This applies to Thunderbird and also Pegasus. The problem IS in OO.o
which you probably don't want to hear.
Can somebody please come up with suggestion to correct this or do I have
to wait for 2.0.5?
Jim
