Neither there nor in the User Guide is there any information about the
site from which to "download ... this tool". It isn't Java Sun. A
search of that site draws a blank.
The User Guide mentions plugins which may be required but, again, gives
no information about where to get the plugins.
Google does not know the answer. Does anyone on the list?
