[users] Can't finish download of openoffice.org 2.0

After completing a number of steps in the downloading process, I can't finish.  
The following comes up:
   
  Files in Use
   
  Some files that need to be updated are currently in use.
   
  The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this 
setup. Close these applications and click retry.
   
  download: openoffice.org Invitation for Contributing.
   
   
  I contributed 32.05 dollars to openoffice.org.  Please I need 
help...................
  What do I need to do now?
