You have to use the installation disk to install the X11 windowing system.

Apple will not provide any assistance with installing X11.  This is their 
policy and we cannot change it.

Be of good cheer!  OpenOffice.org for Mac OS X native is in progress, which 
will eliminate the need for installing X11.
