VBA-macro's are a problem in OpenOffice. I think there is some support
for them in the version of StarOffice that Novell is offering. You have
to pay for StarOffice though, but considerably less than you would for
MS Office.
If you want to stay with OpenOffice and use macro's then you must
rewrite them in the macro-language of OpenOffice. It's quit different
than VBA.
