Ok, I click on the first page which is left handed. Then hit ctrl enter
then that page becomes the second page and it becomes right handed and the
first page is again left handed. WoW! I'm getting a lot of blank pages here
my next problem is going to be how ro get rid of some of them.

Creating a blank page is much easier than you think. Just hit Ctrl+Enter
and it's done!

If your first page is on the left hand and you insert a blank page
*before* then it should be on the right hand, because it then becomes an
odd page, right?
