The language pack and all were fine and most of the
solutions I could find online werent helpful .The only thing I know that
surely works is to uninstall and reinstall :-) . But thanks anyways

I've seen this problem mentioned on the forum. If memory serves well,
the solution is to install the correct language pack.
Have you tried searching the forum or even a general web search?
