Update:
Since my last message, I have had an email from two individuals and the
survey is taken off line.
It was back up when I checked yesterday morning.
You may have tried before they took it down. What time did you try. I
checked about 07:40 MDT.
I just checked and it is still down.
I received a few messages from admins that they are looking into the
problem and think it may be related to caching firewalls.
I don't recall the exact time though it would have been around 7 or 8
AM. However, it was after I read that it was down.
