You need to find the file named common.xcu wherever it is. To do this: 1. Click on the Start button 2. Click Search 3. On the menu (labelled "what do you want to search for") click "All files and folders" 4. In the box labelled "All or part of the file name" enter "common.xcu" **without** the quotes. 5. Make sure the box labelled "look in:" says "Local Hard Drives" 6. Click Search. Depending on the speed of your computer and the size of your hard disk you may now have time to make, and possibly drink, a cup of tea. Eventually the pane labelled "Search Results" will contain the location of the file. Whatever directory (folder) it's in, that's the directory the web page is talking about.
