I am looking for a free PDF Editor, I currently use Adobe Acrobat Reader
to read PDF's but I now need an editor / writer because I have forms
that I have to fill out and at present I am having to print off the
PDF's to fill manually fill them in and then scan them back onto my
system, and this is a pain, and I do not want to pay the huge price that
adobe wants for its PDF editor, do you have a product that will allow me
to open and fill-out / edit PDF's ?

I have been using solid converter www.solidpdf.com which lets you open a
pdf in Word. I was hoping it would work with OOo. I hope somebody can
answer this question or else I am going to buy the latest update to
solidpdf as it works real good for what I use it for. It is the last
thing that keeps me hanging onto Word. If I could open a pdf, I would
take M$ Office off all of my machines. I have Acrobat 6 but it is not
nearly as good as solidpdf.
