[users] How can I convert a .pdf file to a .odt file?

How can I convert a pdf file to a odt file so I can enter the requested 
information? I'd like to do this rather than simply printing the pdf 
document and filling it out by hand. I have Adobe Acrobat 6, but best I 
can tell, this program, which is now a little dated, won't convert the 
form to an editable document for me.
