Under Tools>Autocorrect, tab Replace should do the trick. You can add your own autotext by putting the shortcut in the left and the full text on the right.

In Microsoft Word I could make text that would automatically fill in when I began to type words. For instance: I would beging to type Bradford and it would fill in the entire Bradford County Correctional Faciilty address and I could chose to keep it as intended or just type over it if I was meaning to type something different. Saved a lot of time. I also do this with addresses. I have almost all the local Town, State and Zip's in Auto Text. I type in Wyalusing and it filled in Wyalusing, PA 18853. This, also, since I do a LOT of letters, saved me from having to look up zip codes with each letter I typed. I can't seem to find this option. I did find Auto Text, but that didn't have the options I was thinking of...or at least it wasn't obvious to me.
