Dear Sirs I have Open Office 2.02 installed on my computer, I recently
updated from Windows Me to Windows XP SP2.
I have just tried to update to Open Office 2.04 but it eventually comes
to a point where it says " cannot delete older version "
I have also tried to delete my present version via the control panel
Add/Remove utility.
This indicates that it is unable to find the required information.
Is there any way that I can remove my present Open Office installation.
I also had problems with Norton Internet Security. I found that they
supply a program for removing all Symantec products. A lengthy process
but it worked !
Can you help please ?
