Dear Sirs:
Since I cannot use Microsoft Word any longer, a friend of mine suggestd
"open office" which he said would work about the same.
However, I have "dial-up" service. And I found that in downloading it, it
will take between 12 & 13 hours. Is there any way to shorten the download time?
