http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.4/ has an option: Order a CD of OpenOffice.org. Though this service, you can buy a CD with OOo on it for a small fee which includes cost of the CD, burning the CD, and shipping. Or, if you know someone who has broadband access, have them download the program and burn it to a CD. You might want to offer them a small fee for doing it for you.
