[users] Dropped caps

Hi,

 

The documentation for OOo 2.0.4 says there are two ways to insert dropped
caps:

 

Choose Format - Paragraph - Drop Caps tab

Choose Format - Styles and Formatting - open context menu Modify/New - Drop
Caps tab

 

I do not see a Drop Caps tab under either of these instructions. How do we
insert or modify to get dropped caps?
