If you downloaded it, it may have been corrupted. You can verify that
you downloaded it correctly by checking the MD5
(http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.4/md5sums.html).

I am using version 2.0.4 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is:

Every time that I try to unpack the program (essentially to install it), I
get this message:

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package
exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

Now, I have the most up-to-date computer (aka I bought it yesterday
October 27, 2006). It meets more than the minimum in requirements. Can you
please help me find a solution to this problem? Keep in mind that I have
Webroot Spy Sweep and PC-cillin Antivirus 11 that the Geeks at Best Buy
installed.

God bless,
