There are a few ways to do this. Graphically, up on the ruler you see two triangular objects on the left margin setting set point to point so that they look like an hourglass. Drag the top one where you want the first line to start. The bottom one represents the rest of the paragraph. You can do the same via right-click/paragraph/indents.../first line.
