Why will they first print it out? Doesn't make any sense to me. I always fill it in first, then I print it out. I use Adobe Reader 5 (because I'm on Windows 98). Only if I have to write my signature by hand, I do it after printing.
What are the advantages by filling it in with hand writing? Do people hate keyboards? If the PDF is not editable with Adobe Reader, THEN I understand, but almost all PDF's I've seen can be edited (filled in) before printing, even with Adobe Reader 5 (however I can't save my work, unless I use a virtual my printer which can save as PDF, jpeg, bmp etc etc). Actually, with Acrobat Reader, the people who will fill in your paper will first print it, then fill in the printed paper and send it to you by snail mail. That's what is probably meant by Terry.
