Unfortunately step 2 does not work on OOo 2.0.4 for OS X nor 2.0.2 for
Ubuntu 6.0.6 (w/KDE) for PPC. Bug report time. :(

Maybe not a bug. I also followed those instructions on my Windows 98 system,
and it didn't work, maybe mostly because I misunderstood something or so...
If I move the object directly after clicking it, I can't drag it to a theme.
After clicking it, I have to wait maybe 1 second while holding the mouse
button. Then a copy symbol appears near the mouse pointer and when it does,
I can move the symbol to the currently open theme.
