I have OOo 1.0.3 and am excited about using Base, instead of M$ Access, for
a project I am going to build at work. However, the project will involve a
lot of programming and data input work and I am a bit nervous about it
falling over further down the track - I know what I am doing with Access,
but have had a few disasters with earlier versions of Base.
I thought an OOo Base User Group would be a wonderful thing to belong to for
all of us who are migrating from M$ Access to OOo Base.
If anyone is interested in belonging to OBUG please get back to me and we
can take it form there ... maybe start up a mailing list, newsgroup, or
something like that (I am open to suggestions).
