I have Microsoft Office Professional 2003.
Files sent to me by someone using Open Office won't open with my Word or
Excel software.
Is there something I need to do or that he needs to do?
Here's another solution.
There is an addon available for Microsoft Word that will allow you to open
OpenDocument files.
It is available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/odf-converter.
