I think the problem is that in Calc, when you export to pdf, the print range is not taken into account!!

Hi Fre

I am unable to email a single sheet invoice using Calc, the
entice document is sent. What am I doing wrong?

Since you are sending an invoice, I assume that there is no need for the people receiving it to edit the file. (Unless you are willing for them to change the amount you are charging them, ;-) )

If that is true, then it is not important to send the file in the Calc or Excel data formats. PDF would seem more appropriate.

You can certainly send just the active sheet by using File / Send / Email as PDF.

Before doing this, you may want to adjust the print range (Format / Print Ranges / Define), and also make sure "Print Only Selected Sheets" is selected under Calc options. (I believe the print options are used when exporting to PDF.)

Hope this helps. I believe it is the best possible solution to your needs.

Adrian
