[users] [moderated] TRYING TO DOWNLOAD 2.0.4 PROBLEMS

I spent the afternoon trying to download OpenOffice.org 2.0.4  from your 
download page.  I left it downloading when I went to have  dinner.  When I 
returned, the page was gone and there was Customer  Information Window or no 
set-up 
type window, nothing.  I don't know what  happened to it?  Did it install or 
didn't it?  How do I find  out?  If it didn't install correctly, how do I
