Hi

How can I put a CRLF (Carriage return Line Fead) ie, a paragraph
mark into a regular expresion for Search and Replace?

I put some paragraph marks. I want to replace two paragraph marks
into one only paragraph mark.

 Thanks
The strict answer to your question is, I think, "\r\n" where \r is carriageReturn and \n is Newline. However, I *think* that what you need to do is delete empty lines which involves changing the RE "^$" or "^ *$" to the empty string. The first RE specifies "beginning of line" immediately followed by "end of line"; the second allows for zero or more spaces between the beginning and end of the line. Note that you don't put the quotes in the RE.
