I've checked on my Kde. It is the same as Xfce. Ctrl+F3 is assigned to
Move to Desktop (Workspace) 3.
It is the first principal tab "Shortcut Sequences" which itself contains
three tabs. The shortcut is assigned on the middle of those tabs.
