Hello,

How do I change the language to Spanish on the Open Office, I
download the software form the Spanish menu.
If you downloaded and installed the Spanish version then I'm surprised Spanish isn't set automatically as the default language. Try Tools>Options>Language Settings>Languages and choose Spanish as the default for your documents. Make sure you have the Spanish dictionary installed so that spell checking will work properly. When you set Spanish as the default, make sure it has a little tick mark with "abc" next to it. If it has then the Spanish dictionary is installed and the spell checker will work properly. If not then you need to install the Spanish dictionary at File>Wizards>Install new dictionaries ...

Note that I have given the English version of the names of the menus. Sorry but I don't know the Spanish names ...
