Yes, pssibly. If it's a large complex spreadsheet then there *might* be
a few problems. If it has macros then there definitely will be problems
because OpenOffice doesn't understand Microsoft's macro language. In
this case the only thing that will open it is Microsoft's (not free)
Excel or the free Excel viewer (Google for it).
