Such filters do not exist. Sorry. As far as I have been able to
find out, only MS Publisher will open *.pub files. (MS loves to have
it that way.) Several members of this mailing list recommend using
Scribus for DTP (desktop publishing). But my copy of it does not read
*.pub files either.
