Click the graphic to highlight it. (You should see 8 little green
squares surrounding it.) If the Picture toolbar does not open, use
View > Toolbars > Picture to open it. You should see one drop down
list which includes Default, Gray scale, Black/White, and Watermark.
Select Watermark if it is not already selected. Then adjust the
transparency % which is probably at 0%. Try around 30% as a starter.
Then adjust the transparency higher or lower to meet your needs.
