No but there is a way of converting any printable document to PDF.
Attach a postscript printer driver to your computer (use any printer
driver that contains "postscript" in its name).
In the original program (Publisher in this case) print the document but
assign the printing to the postscript printer and print to a file rather
than a device. This creates a postscript file for the document.
Go to the web site www.ps2pdf.com (postscript to PDF). This web site
contains instructions for uploading your postscript file and receiving
back a PDF file.
