I am using 2.0.4 from OOo on a Linux system (KDE). When I move
the cursor to the left side of a toolbar when it is docked, it turns
into a double arrow (one horizontal; one vertical). Then I can drag
it to where I want it. If a toolbar is floating, double clicking the
toolbar header docks it.
As a clarification, the left side of a toolbar appears to be just
to the left of the end icon on the left. If when docking a toolbar
you want to dock it in another place, you can move the toolbar as I
have described.
