Does anyone have any experience or comments in regards FileZilla? The main
reason I am considering switching from Dreamweaver to FileZilla is that other
Volunteers can backup me up and do the posting to the server.

Dreamweaver is definitely not a CMS. Some confusion here.

Walter, you can manage a website with FileZilla if you're using
OOo to generate and edit web pages.

Why don't you ask your volunteer how using a CMS would enhance
your operation?
