I am *not* trying to defend the web site, but if it to be denigrated I think we have a right to know, and the denigrator has a duty to say, on what grounds. *** Harold, I am sorry for not being clear in my statement. I have no intention to "be denigrated" about your website. In the past I have said that the OpenOffice community is doing a fantastic job. Your website does a fantastic job in what it is doing. My intent is to clarify that there is a limited niche in which my website is promoting OpenOffice. We are allies. I understand there is a concern within the official OpenOffice community that an open source project can develop competing factions similar to what has happen with Linux. I am looking for ways to improve our cooperation so that I can better serve that small niche of people who want support in a particular way. Just my small niche is more than I can handle. I need more help, more productive Volunteers. Walter **** Nobody can improve a thing if they don't know what's wrong with it. If *you* cannot suggest enhancements, or even describe why your users are unhappy, perhaps you could ask them on our behalf. It seems it needs to be you asking them because, from your evidence, they are unwilling to talk to us directly.
