George: 1. Open the Applications folder. Drag the OpenOffice.org application to the Trash. 2. Open the Library folder under your user name. Open the Application Support folder and find the OpenOffice.org folder that corresponds to the version level (2.0/2.1) of OpenOffice.org that you are using. Drag this folder to the Trash. 3. Empty the Trash.
