When I downloaded an emailable application form, from a council website, the
application form opened successfully but I wasn't able to type on the
application form. Whenever I tried to type anything, a message would appear
saying 'Read only content cannot be changed, No modifications will be accepted'.
Can you please help me and tell me how to correct this.
To assist, you'll have to provide a little more info. What format was
the 'application form' in? What version of OO are you using? Did you
open it directly from the web site, or save to your hard drive, then
open?
