[users] True Alphanumeric sort

A friend suggested I try OpenOffice.org to be able to do a true alpha  
numeric sort that I am not able to do in Excel.

I am not sure how to do that.  Using the icons at the top of the  
browser window, I am not getting what I would like.

I want A1 - A100 to sort that way rather than A13, A14, A2.
