I am still receiving the same errors as I did before and I followed your 
directions the first time and the second time I completely uninstalled my 
anti-virus software and disabled everything in the firewall panel to where 
Windows was telling me I should not run any programs.  Does this have anything 
to do with Explorer 7.0?  Again, thank you for your help and cooperation on 
this matter.  Patiently awaiting your next move!

     If you are getting a Error Code 1935, you are running anti-virus 
and perhaps a firewall while trying to install OOo. You need to do 
the following in the order listed.
1) Disconnect the computer from the Internet.
2) Exit your anti-virus program and firewall.
3) Install OOo.
4) Start your anti-virus program and firewall.
5) Reconnect to the Internet.
