I have windows XP home on a laptop with no word or outlook I am used to using word and I see yours is compatible but not being a very competent computer user I see I can download open office for free but I would like to just download the writer is this possible as I don't want to put stuff on computer I don't need, it is only a few months old and it has already been back and they put in a new hard drive.
I'm not really sure of the implications of downloading it as I was just told to get onto the site by a friend. Can you help me with what I need Thank you Carol Wonfor
