[users] start up

[Southeastern Antiquing Magazine]

I've installed open office, but have no icons to execute any of the programs. I 
can't seem to find the way to start the programs.  I have the seagull icon and 
the file folder with the cabinets and readme files in it on the desktop. What 
do I do?
