Several issues have been filed, each with plenty of "me too" comments
appended.
Writer and Calc appear to get all the attention, and Base appears to be
relegated to the back burner.
It seems that change is driven by the volunteers actually doing the
work. In other words, because they are volunteers, they choose what
tasks they undertake.
That impression is what I've gleaned from the odd remark here and there
so it may well be wrong.
