This is the trick for presentations; export them as SWF file then
convert it to projector exe using Macromedia Flash or one of the
numerous shareware allowing you to do this.

Sorry, no way I know of to make your OOo presentation or spreadsheet
into executables. The closest you can come, I think, is to make web
(HTML) pages from spreadsheets or Flash files from presentations
(requiring only browsers to view). You also have the option to produce
PDF files from these.
