Sonosleep, When you send out a document to someone who is not working with OpenOffice, you ask yourself one simpel question: Does this person need to edit this document?
If YES, then use File>Send>Send as Microsoft Word If NO, then use File>Send>Send as PDF This prevents you harddisk from getting cluttered up with unwanted copies of these files in *doc or *.pdf format.
