Seems to me that this is logically impossible. When you (author of the
document) do the calculation, the document does *not* contain the sum.
When you insert your result into the document you change the document
and, therefore, its MD5 sum. If I (reader of the document) now check the
sum it would not agree with the value in the field. I think the only way
is to keep the sum separate somehow.
