Peter:

Look at issue 66919.  I added a few screen shots to the issue that shows what 
happens.  This not only affects these menus but others.  If you were a new user 
to this product, would you use it if menus were missing items?  That is what 
makes this a showstopper.  

Maybe I should state, this.  I work in Quality Assurance as my prime time job.  
I will NOT release a product with known bugs.  It takes less work to fix a 
problem than to spend two hours locked up in a room with users SCREAMING at 
you.  Thus, I believe that OpenOffice.org for en_GB should not be out, except 
the last version, 2.0.2, that did not exhibit this problem, until it is fixed.
