Hi All, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make sure that when I add a word to a dictionary the spellcheck will recognize it next time I open the document. Right now if spellcheck puts a red line I right click and select add. Then I select the "standard" dictionary. Subsequently the word is recognized for that session. I seem to remember this has something to do with the Quickstarter. Exit it before trying to update the dictionary, then, after you have added the word(s), quit OpenOffice completely. I *think* that now, when you restart OOo the word(s) will be remembered. Please let us know if this works or not. Thanks.
