1. Format,  Print Ranges, Edit, "Rows to repeat".
2. You need button that has "ab" on it with a marker and yellow
coloring. It might be not visible, so you need to show it via View,
Toolbars, Customize, Formatting and putting checkmark next to
"Highlighting" (it should be close to the end of the list).
